B&B Dental’s implant lines have the potential to help you improve your daily clinical practice and work results. Six lines specifically designed for any need, with two connections to make managing components easier and working safely.

Subperiosteal Frames (IUXTA)

B&B Dental’s Iuxta implants are fully customizable dental medical devices, realised through digital planning and laser melting printing, according to the patients’ specific needs. They are placed at subperiosteal level: the existent bone structure supports the Iuxta implant, successively fixed with osteosynthesis screws. Nowadays, new digital technologies in planning and production, make these implants a reliable and efficient solution in those cases with severe bone atrophy, when traditional implantology is not possible.

Guided Surgery

B&B Dental has designed and manufactured an instrument kit to optimise the execution of surgical procedures, which includes not only a complete set of drills, but also special mounting devices for implant insertion that are fundamental for the professional. The latest updated version of the kit is available, improved and completed on the basis of our continuous research.

Regeneration Materials

Regeneration in dentistry is a practice used to restore volume in both hard and soft tissues to recreate the aesthetic and functional balance of a certain area of the oral cavity.

In implantology, regeneration can facilitate implant placement or is also used to improve aesthetic results as it lends tissues a more natural appearance by creating profiles that are more in line with the physiognomy of the face or oral cavity.
