The New Ancorvis conical converter line was designed and developed in New Ancorvis to provide an accurate and effective solution for multiple screwed structures, designed for specific cases:
– Immediate Loading prostheses;
– complete rehabilitations with minimal surgical impact (prostheses on 4 or 6 implants);
– patients in whom the reduced bone availability can lead the Clinician to position the implants with pronounced disparallelisms (even in the distal direction) and difficult to manage in the prosthetic phase.
The New Ancorvis conical converters exploit a unique output connection, to the full advantage of the subsequent prosthetic design and the portfolio of tertiary components.
Compatible with various implant platforms, in grade 5 Titanium and with dedicated screws.
Available in multiple variants: straight, inclined 17° and 30° differentiated gingival height (1.0 / 2.5 / 4.0 / 5.5 mm)
Screw Retained Abutments

Individual abutments and single screw-retained elements on implants, both in cobalt-chrome and titanium, produced with an all-new production technique and ready for you in 24h … Without sacrificing quality!
The implant connection and seat of the fastening prosthetic screw are produced by turning, while the anatomic part is produced with the laser melting additive technique.
Ti Base V4
V4 System was created in response to the need to simplify our customers’ daily activities with smart and easy-to-use products.
The system revolves around our new V4 ti-base to make it, to all intents and purposes, a multitasking component capable of responding to different needs thanks to the accompanying accessories.
The V4 ti-base also makes it possible to realise the Innova System, allowing the V4 to be screwed directly to the structure without the use of cement.

The Innova line is the result of an evolution in the use of the V4 Base link and effectively disrupts the standard method by UPENDING THE MODELS of the WELL-ESTABLISHED CEMENT-RETAINED TECHNIQUE The features of the V4 Base component make it MULTI-FACETED, VERSATILE AND USEFUL afor screw-retention as well, PRESERVING THE COMPONENT for future processing Innova allows you to create bars and Toronto bridges (non-engaging connections) in Titanium and Cobalt-Chrome SLM, Zirconia and PMMA, simplifying the production process thanks to the creation of a thread that can accommodate the V4 Base and through the use of dedicated accessories.

Thus, in fact, any tensions, due to the structural adaptation on the implants, are discharged onto the metal, while the aesthetic part – decidedly more fragile – is milled in one single block and passively glued to the bar, without undergoing any type of lateral tension or “misfitting”.
